THEATRE ROYAL STRATFORD EAST

Famous community theatre built in 1884, the Theatre Royal Stratford East gained fame in the 1950s with Joan Littlewood and her theatre workshop  -  Oh What A Lovely War and A Taste Of Honey. Later hits included Five Guys Named Moe and The Invisible Man.

Decor: Victorian-style, three-tiered auditorium refurbished to its former glory.
